Terms of Membership
1. As a member of CRA, I/we agree that neither my/our company representative nor his/her alternate will share CRA leads with another organization which has as its primary objective the exchange of business information.
2. All of my/our dealings with other members will be in a professional and ethical manner. I/We will protect all information provided to me/us through CRA as confidential, for my/our company use only
3. My/Our company representative will make a diligent effort to attend every meeting and to network, provide business information that will help CRA members grow their business.
4. It is my/our understanding that membership in CRA is held by the individual, not the company. Fellow company employees are invited to attend as guest and if interested, convert the membership to a corporate membership at a discount.
5. For Corporate memberships, the company shall have the right to replace my/our representative with another individual, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of CRA.
6. I/We understand that CRA is not a Service Club but is an organization whose purpose is to network, learn and exchange leads.
