Our Leadership Development game is an exciting tool to learn how to properly use your leadership skills in different situations. You will also discover opinions and strategies of others.
Here is how it works: You will be on a team of three to six people. You will be given a brief training session on Situational Leadership. Then you will be solving Leadership Problems. Your team will be presented a situation and four possible solutions. Your team will get to discuss and jointly decide on the answer. Below are examples of situations you will be asked to apply your leadership skills to.
