Ralph has been motivating attendees with exceptional teaching techniques since 1989. Using Ken Blanchard, author of one minute manager and Situational Leadership, he creates an inteactive and creative learning enviornment.

Ralph Stevens, Chief Executive Officer

and Seminar Faciliator

 

Ralph has over 20 years management experience with Fortune 500 companies, including American Honda Motors and Exxon, USA.
 
In 1999, he created Image Consultants, a management and marketing firm. The firm has been renamed Corporate Resource Alliance.
 
During his career, Ralph was awarded 'Executive of the Year' 5 times. He is active in the community. He is (Past) Chairman of Advisory Board for United Way. As a two term Board Director, he has been Chairman of East Chamber Council and the Membership Committee of Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
 
  

Colleen Ballard, Senior Managing Director

 

Colleen's experience includes the Shilo Management Group, Stefanie, Inc and US Foods.

 

Colleen oversees Business Development for all three CRA Divisions.

 

 

Kelley Barenz, Senior Managing Director, Networking Groups

 

Kelley currently works with the Val Odgen Center. Her experience includes helping grow the Building Industry Association one of Clark County's largest membership organizations.

 

She is responsible for membership development for CRA Network.

 

Becky Larson, Certified Public Accountant

 

Becky has over 15 years experience in helping businesses focus on their finances. Becky is constantly examining newly introduced laws and their impact on your business.
